The Dr. L.Mahadevan completed his graduation BAMS from Venkataramana Ayurveda College, Chennai. He did post-graduation MD Kayachikitsa from Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. He did his doctorate Ph.D (Ayurveda) from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu. The Dr. L. Mahadevan has significantly contributed in the academic and clinical practice in the field of Ayurveda as a teacher, writer, student counsellor and social activist. He has his practice in Derisanamcope (A village in Kanyakumari district, Tamilnadu) and in Chennai and he teaches clinical medicine to Ayurvedic students.
